E&C was retained by the General Contractor to provide M/E/P design for two buildings for BJ Services Tomball, Texas complex. The first was the Technology and Employee Development Center which consisted of laboratories, offices, and large conference rooms. The three stories encompassed 110,000 square feet; construction cost was approximately $18 million.
