E&C provided the M/E/P design for the renovation of a 600,000 square foot existing warehouse and baking facility to accommodate wet and dry laboratories, offices and conference areas. The design included renovating this 60 year old facility, upgrading the chiller plant and redistribution of the existing electrical services in preparation for the proposed tenant build out. Tenants include the Veteran's Administration, Baylor College of Medicine, MDACC, TSU, T-CH and other medical related facilities in the medical center.
